Sit back and just admire this gorgeous mid century modern art sculpture by John DeMott – he captures the sense of movement and adventure of a sailing vessel on the ocean, riding into the wind!

Beautiful torch cut brass with small realistic details like the cant of the sailboat and the ruffle of the top pendant flag in the wind are wonderful. This metal sculpture sits on a solid onyx base. The brass displays patina commensurate with it’s age of creation.
