Vintage Brass Priest or Nuns Pectoral Crucifix Religious Artifact

Description

This vintage (possibly antique) crucifix is designed to be worn – the size indicates that it was for a Priest or Nun. It’s made of brass in two pieces – the cross itself and the body of Christ affixed to the cross by three brass pieces (nails? screws?). The ring to attach to a long necklace is intact.

There is a large amount of patina on this item. We choose to leave it as it is found. If the buyer wants to clean and polish it – that’s their decision. We can see that there is ornate etching on the brass cross itself.
