Sunflower Majolica bowls made in Portugal to honor Vincent Van Gogh for the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

These 5” rustic style bowls are lovely and would be amazing for an al fresco dinner on your patio or deck for olive oil or other dipping sauce or a small bread or butter.

Approximate measurements are: 5″ for the smaller sauce bowls all made in Portugal.

These are in great condition with no chips or cracks.

Note: the glazes and painting are slightly different on each item due to the nature of handmade pottery/ceramic items. One of the smaller bowls looks like the glaze pooled in the bottom. More an aesthetic issue than anything. The actual colors are: yellow, brown, blue, and green. The surface is highly reflective and the colors seem to change depending on the light.
