Gorgeous and vibrantly colorful large oval Quimper platter with red spongeware design on outer edge of platter with a bouquet of blue and red floral in a blue basket in center on creamy white background.

This is a perfect gift for a serious collector as this platter is a scarce and not often found piece but also perfect for someone just looking for a unique platter for a gallery wall or display in a French country kitchen or dining area. Very distinctively Quimper!

This plate can be displayed on a plate stand or hung in the wail as there are two holes to thread a piece of twine or small thin metal (like for hanging a large picture).

NOTE: This platter has some edge chipping on the glaze – see photos- but no cracks! If displayed on wall the chippies aren’t visible.
