Antique 1930s Soda Siphon Seltzer Glass Bottle with Metal Mesh Sleeve – Barware Sparklets Soda Bottle

Description

This is a 1930s Art Deco Seltzer Bottle with a wire mesh sleeve.

The heavy glass body was created in Czechoslovakia (there is a stamp on the bottom of the glass bottle) and then shipped to Sparklets in New York where they attached the metal siphon fixture and mesh sleeve for safety.

Sparklets Corporation was a subsidiary of Sparklets Limited of Great Britain.

The top unscrews easily and the glass siphon tube is intact inside the bottle.

Note: There is oxidation on the chrome mechanism and a small crack in the cap that is attached with a little metal chain. See photo #10. We do not know if it works as we don’t have a cartridge to fit. Sold as is, as found.

Size: 13″ tall, 4″ diameter
